Dr. Patrick Anthony wird den Lehrstuhl Wissenschaftsgeschichte mithilfe eines DAAD Prime Fellowships besuchen. Sein Aufenthalt beginnt im September 2021 und erstreckt sich über 18 Monate. Seine Forschung beschäftigt sich mit den Erd- und Umweltwissenschaften im 18. und 19. Jahrhundert und erkundet deren Verhältnis zu Minenarbeit und verschiedenen Handwerksberufen.
Dr. Patrick Anthony will be visiting the chair for the History of Science at LMU with the help of a DAAD Prime Fellowship. He will be staying for 18 months, beginning September 2021. His research ranges across the sciences of earth and environment in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and explores their relation to hard rock mining and various artisan crafts.
